How MagicOS is organized

  • The canvas: each MagicOS is one canvas. Everything on it is a file: designs, documents, images, GitHub repos, and text notes. See The canvas and files.
  • The coordinator: the chat you talk to. It answers quick questions itself and turns real work into threads.
  • Threads: each one is an agent doing one piece of work. Threads run at the same time and report back when they finish or need you. See Agents and threads.
  • The sidebar: lists every thread by status so you can see what’s working, what’s done, and what’s waiting on you.
